Until a few years ago, Dr. Pablo Jeczmien’s responsibilities included management and university teaching, until he decided to study Anthroposophical Medicine and Anthroposophical Psychotherapy. These days, in addition to serving a General Adult Consultant Psychiatrist with NHS and in private practice at The Riverside Practice, a centre for health and well-being in East Sussex, Dr. Jeczmien dedicates much of his time to investigation and study, examining ways that people may able to bridge the gap between the body and the mind.

With more than 30 years’ experience as a psychiatrist, Dr. Pablo Jeczmien is now always looking for ways to address mental and physical problems from a more multidimensional point of view, incorporating the spiritual aspects of healing as well as the physical. In his practice these days, he prefers to take a more holistic approach to mental health and psychological disorders, combining his psychiatric knowledge with psychotherapy. That way, he depends less on medications, only using them when needed and in cases when patients agree that it is necessary.
